Regulatory and licensing

BFast operates as a technology aggregator connecting sellers to registered courier partners. All shipping is fulfilled by our licensed courier partners under their respective regulatory approvals (Delhivery, Ekart / GoSwift, India Post).

Prohibited items

The following categories cannot be shipped through the BFast platform:

• Explosives, firearms, ammunition.
• Currency, precious metals, or negotiable instruments.
• Live animals, perishable goods (unless expressly permitted).
• Illegal drugs, tobacco (state-restricted), alcohol (state-restricted).
• Anything that violates Indian law or courier partner policy.
