Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a BFast account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

• You must be authorised to represent your business and be at least 18 years old.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity on your account, including any staff logins you create.

3. Shipping obligations

• Shipments must comply with courier partner and Indian law — no prohibited items, dangerous goods, or misdeclarations.
• You're responsible for accurate consignee details, weight, and dimensions.
• BFast reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate courier or regulatory policies.

4. Billing and wallet

• BFast operates on a prepaid wallet model. Shipping charges debit at booking.
• Cancelled shipments refund automatically to your wallet.
• COD collected on delivered shipments credits your wallet within 3 business days.
• GST at 18% applies on all shipping charges per current Indian law.

5. SLAs and liability

BFast provides service-level agreements per your subscription tier. Our liability is limited to the shipping charge paid for the affected shipment, unless covered by explicit insurance.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. On termination, your wallet balance is refunded via bank transfer after settlement of pending shipments.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
